How to find your Orange Key

If your gift card is delayed we may ask you for some more information so we can investigate.

To find your orange key:

1. Login to Tangerine.ca
2. Go to Profile & Settings
3. General
4. Refer a friend, copy the key and paste it into a reply to your help request.
