I haven't received my gift card

You will receive your electronic gift card by email 15 business days after your application has been approved (this does not include weekends or holidays). Please check your junk mail folder for the gift card email during the 15 business day time frame. 

You must apply online through Ratehub.ca to be eligible for a gift card. Your online application must be successful, and you must be approved for a credit card. Applications completed over the phone or in branch will not be accepted.

If you do not receive your gift card after 15 business days, please contact us at [e-mail].

If you do not contact Ratehub.ca within three months of receiving your credit card, your eligibility for the gift card will expire.
